【摘要】:AcceptanceTesting8212;ThetestmethodsinTestMethodsD204forthedeterminationofthepropertiesofsewingthreadareconsideredsatisfactoryforacceptancetestingofcommercialshipmentsofsewingthread,unlessspecifiedintheindividualtestmethod.Thesetestmethodsarethebestavailableandareusedextensivelyinthetrade.4.1.1Iftherearedifferencesofpracticalsignificancebetweenreportedtestresultsfortwolaboratories(ormore)comparativetestshouldbeperformedtodetermineifthereisastatisticalbiasbetweenthemusingcompetentstatisticalassistance.Asaminimum,usethesamplesforsuchacomparativeteststhatareashomogeneousaspossible,drawnfromthesamelotofmaterialasthesamplesthatresultedindisparateresultsduringinitialtestingandrandomlyassignedinequalnumberstoeachlaboratory.Thetestresultsfromthelaboratoriesinvolvedshouldbecomparedusingastatisticaltestforunpaireddata,aprobabilitylevelchosenpriortothetestingseries.Ifabiasisfound,eitheritscausemustbefoundandcorrected,orfuturetestresultsforthatmaterialmustbeadjustedinconsiderationoftheknownbias.1.1Thesetestmethodscanbeusedtoevaluatesewingthreadsofanyfiber.1.1.1Thetestmethodsinthisstandardareintendedtoevaluateonlysewingthreadtakenfromthreadholders.1.2Thesetestmethodsonlyprovideforthemeasurementofsewingthreadphysicalproperties.Thesetestmethodsdonotaddressanyotherpropertiesthatmaybeimportantforthesatisfactoryperformanceofsewingthreadsunderparticularenduseconditions.1.3Thesetestmethodscanbeusedtomeasurethefollowingproperties:SectionsColorfastnesstoDrycleaning73-83ColorfastnesstoLaundering62-72ColorfastnesstoWaterMigration84-94Diameter43-50LengthperThreadHolder34-42Shrinkage,SingleStrand51-61DryHeat58.1BoilingWater58.2StrengthandElongation15-21SingleStrand-Conditioned19.1.1SingleStrand-Wet19.1.2LoopStrength19.2KnotStrength19.3Twist22-27TwistBalance28-33YarnNumber7-14
