【摘要】:ThispartofISO6145isoneofaseriesofInternationalStandardsdealingwithdynamicvolumetricmethodsusedforthepreparationofcalibrationgasmixtures.Thispartspecifiesamethodforcontinuousproductionofcalibrationgasmixtures,containingtwoormorecomponents,frompuregasesorothergasmixturesbyuseofcommerciallyavailablethermalmass-flowcontrollers.Ifthismethodisemployedforthepreparationofcalibrationgasmixtures,theoptimumperformanceisasfollows:therelativeexpandeduncertaintyofmeasurement,U,obtainedbymultiplyingthecombinedstandarduncertaintybyacoveragefactork=2,isnotgreaterthan2%.Ifpre-mixedgasesareusedinsteadofpuregases,molefractionsbelow10canbeobtained.Themeasurementofmassflowisnotabsoluteandtheflowcontrollerrequiresindependentcalibration.Themeritsofthemethodarethatalargequantityofthegasmixturecanbepreparedonacontinuousbasisandthatmulticomponentmixturescanbepreparedasreadilyasbinarymixturesiftheappropriatenumberofthermalmass-flowcontrollersisutilized.NOTEGas-blendingsystemsbaseduponthermalmass-flowcontrollers,someincludingthefacilityofcomputerizationandautomaticcontrol,arecommerciallyavailable.
